London then and now - movies taken in 1924 and 2014

Here's an excellent video for London-lovers, which compares old and new scenes of London. The 1924 original was made by Graham Wilcox Films, the new combination movie was put together by the talented Simon Smith.

Simon Smith has used clips from the 1924 'Wonderful London' original, overlaying them on same-angle video sequences, shot from the same viewpoints.

It's fascinating to see what's changed and what hasn't, what's hot and what's not.
